Ann'Sophie, the daughter of Christiane Brioude, former chef of the Vivarais, a gastronomic institution in Vals-les-Bains, has created this tea room with a vintage decor where you can enjoy an exceptional tea while leafing through a magazine, a book on the history of the Ardèche in the 1900s or "Julie's" book with its pretty recipes from the local area. Teas, coffees and chocolates are accompanied by home-made pastries. Jams, caramels and marshmallows in bulk tempt you. At noon, copious savoury plates and the inevitable chestnut soup.

Aller ailleurs vous gagnerez du temps
Serveuse et patronne désagréable, nous a fait virer de la terrasse sous prétexte que nous avions un bébé de 2 mois en poussette. Soupire réflexion désobligeante. Nous somme aller voir ailleurs. Je vous déconseille fortement cette endroit.
