BOULANGERIE MARTIN
Here, we have been making bread the old-fashioned way since 1928. A real collection of about thirty special breads every day. Soft Michelin and crunchy crust, farmhouse bread, sourdough, with walnuts, raisins or, as the Ardèche is obliged to do, with chestnuts. Special breads on order. The owner is a craftsman whose talent is recognized in high places: Christian Martin was invited for the galette des rois at the Elysée Palace in January 2014. In addition to bread, gourmets can enjoy freshly baked praline pie, chocolate pie, pastries and doughnuts.
