Friendly hostel in Bidon serving dishes based on good local products, traditional and home-made specialties.

Farigoule is the Provencal name for thyme. This should give you an idea of the type of cuisine offered by Carine and Christelle, the owners of the place! On the plate, ingredients are carefully selected from local producers and artisans, and combined in delicious recipes with local accents and personal inspiration. There's no skimping on meat and charcuterie here, from beef cheek to spit-roasted pork belly, finishing with a delicious chestnut dessert or Adelice ice cream.

Nous avons dîné sur les conseils du magazine départemental du tourisme qui vantait la cuisine du du terroir et maison. Quelle déception dans l’assiette. Une cuisine bistrot au prix fort. Dommage car le cadre est agréable et l’accueil a été bon.

Les produits locaux sont très bien mis en valeur, avec une pointe d'originalité mais sans les dénaturer. C'était très bon! Le cadre est très agréable dans un village authentique.

Très bon produits du terroir excellent rapport qualité prix. Une caillette exceptionnelle, omelette aux cèpes et une viande délicieuses, un gratin comme nous avons rarement mangé. Terrasse et service agréable. Je recommande!

Une auberge aux couleurs ardéchoises autant par son cadre, son ambiance et sa cuisine. Une carte qui sort de l'ordinaire avec une cuisine maison et des spécialités originales: cuissot de cochon rôti au miel ou broufado (tranches fines de bœuf aux anchois). Sceptique par cette association de saveurs, l'hôtesse a réussi à me convaincre et j'ai aimé. Les prix sont un peu plus élevés, mais amplement justifiés par la qualité et la quantité.
