Farigoule is the Provencal name for thyme. This should give you an idea of the type of cuisine offered by Carine and Christelle, the owners of the place! On the plate, ingredients are carefully selected from local producers and artisans, and combined in delicious recipes with local accents and personal inspiration. There's no skimping on meat and charcuterie here, from beef cheek to spit-roasted pork belly, finishing with a delicious chestnut dessert or Adelice ice cream.
