A multi-faceted history and project. In place of the former Hôtel de la gare (the station of the old Saint-Peray tramway), a few associates, now in a SCOP, decided to breathe new life into the place. As a first step, a guinguette will open in 2019. Then came the renovation of the building, and in 2021 the opening of the grocery-cellar-caterer and finally the restaurant. L'Auberge de Boffres is also a post office, shared offices and a bicycle reception area. At the Auberge de Boffres, you'll enjoy cuisine based on local seasonal produce, often cooked over an open wood fire.
