AUBERGE DU BEZ
Indeed, this hostel in an ancient farm shed and surrounded by pastures offers, besides very good meals with other meats and meat from the farm, a house Chantilly from the cow's milk cream that you can see in the meadow. But here, thanks to this Chantilly, which makes you miles to come to the Bez, and the famous icy cuts, it is happiness that is in the hostel! And rest assured, the house ice - blueberry, raspberry… - does not spoil it. So if you're next to… The fact: if you decide to stay, the Hostel also has eight 2-star rooms - one for people with reduced mobility - to continue to enjoy the many walks in the region.
The ardéchois torrents are known for their impetuosity and the landscapes of our department often count among the most savage and most preserved. But the site of the Borne will definitely impress even the Ardéchois who do not know this valley yet, this exceptional canyon. Lovers of canyoning will surely find their paradise, hikers will enjoy the many GR and marked paths. Forfaits/climbing/mountain bike packages are organized.
