Fourth generation in the kitchen. House specialty: crayfish soufflé with cream and cognac sauce. But also roast pigeon with green pepper sauce, organic local lamb, quail stuffed with forest mushrooms and, in season, Mezenc beef. Chestnuts, picodon and raspberries from the Vernoux plateau are also on the menu. And by prior arrangement: crayfish soufflé or Norwegian omelette. In season, a shaded terrace with panoramic views over the valley. To prolong the pleasure, bed and breakfast and gîtes are available.
