Un charmant petit hôtel aux chambres confortables, mais surtout un restaurant étoilé où le chef nous offre une cuisine tout en raffinement et joue avec des accords végétaux parfaitement maîtrisés, mention spéciale pour un plat emblématique que l'on trouve très rarement sur les cartes de restaurants, le " Lièvre à la Royale" , un vrai régal pour les amateurs de gibiers. Antonin Carême, voici un chef qui vous honore.

J'ai à peine regardé la carte. Le patron m' a paru froid ou inquiet. Ils cherchent des gadgets pour leur salle de restau, dont déplacer , et ne rappellent même pas. Symptôme hôtellerie a l agonie . Shag!!!
