Four sessions to discover the wines, their history, their aromas and the best way to appreciate and taste them with four oenologists. Two options are available: "initiation" or "improvement". Amateurs can progress from one year to the next and aesthetes will not be short of discoveries. Discovery weekends are also organised in the major French wine-growing regions. For your information, here is the program for the 2018-2019 season for initiation: grape varieties - two white, three red, great styles of white wine, great styles of red wine, vinifications and special wines.
