DOMAINE CLAPE
The cellar of this domain on the RN86 road is quite difficult to find. The estate Auguste Clape, named after its founder, is now run by his descendants Pierre and his son Olivier. Spread over 5 hectares, it allows the elaboration of a very famous nectar. Father and son make an unfortunately rare cornas. The reputation of this field, especially outside our borders, makes it currently impossible to obtain a few bottles of this beverage. It is one of the finest, silkiest cornas. It is also preferable to make yourself known and tele-guidance will be made easier. In any case, the Cornas appellation deserves a detour, even if it is steep!
