LE MISTRAL
We had been going for decades to Barbier, an old-fashioned neighbourhood butcher's shop that's been around since 1950. This old butcher shop has just changed its name and owner. From Valence, you have to cross the Rhône to get there. Here, the tradition is that of a good meat, controlled and certified, which comes from the soil. The pieces of beef are tender and tasty, the veal farmed under the mother. Gilles Barbier has therefore passed the hand. It is now Hervé Thermos and Laurent Bretière, two experienced butchers and caterers, who are at the helm. The quality remains, as does the catering service. And always excellent charcuterie prepared in the traditional way.
