The farm was created almost twenty years ago at the foot of the Tanargue massif and the Pic de Ladenne. Here, mulard ducks are raised for the production of foie gras. The products of the Couette Nègre farm are classic: confit, rillettes, gizzards, garbure... and several specialities of and with foie gras: whole semi-cooked and sterilised foie gras, duck liver pâté, foie gras mousse with Bourbon pepper! Delicious ! Don't hesitate to book before the holidays.
