Competition is fierce in the Italian restaurant market. But Valentina comes out on top. The produce is fresh and you can feel it. The chef prepares his dishes with love, and the result on the plate is a delight. A great effort is put into the presentation of the dishes, for a perfect alliance between the visual and the gustatory. We particularly like the mozzarella discovery plate, and the veal mi-cuit... The charming terrace on a tiny square in the heart of the old village completes the picture. We love it, and we'll be back!
