Nany treats her customers to a trendy and beautifully presented gastronomic cuisine, made from local products with new dishes on the slate every day. For example: fresh goat's cheese and truffle raviole, heart of chicken egg, ham broth, ham powder and trout egg, followed by cod skrei, Jerusalem artichoke/cardamom and lime mousseline, roasted mandarin and lemon. Also invented on the menu the fine fat of the Mezenc, the house smoked salmon, truffles in season... Bonus: store with local products.
