TRAIN QUAI WAGON RESTAURANT
A real coup de coeur for the train lovers… A little train station was set up in this air-conditioned bistro, the old Triage Bar opened in 1925. At the time, this was La Voulte du Triage, an important step on the PLM line (Paris/Lyon/Marseille). Besides, Jean-Louis's grandfather was a railroad. You push the door and enter… in a real car. 12 years ago, Jean Louis and Monique put their suitcases in this very atypical little bistro. It is almost incredible to find such a bistro in this corner of the Ardèche! Everything is only vintage and recycling of SNCF, benches, tables, ashches (more in use now), luggage racks and postal bags, clock, plate Lourdes/Toulouse reversible and other destinations. And in the plates, a delicious dish of the day based on local products proposed at any time. It's rich, simple and good. The head of the station also concocts events like this meal in the full black (as in a tunnel!) to restore their place to odors, touch and flavors. Exhibition room, cultural animations, decidedly the place surprises, enchants, blends. Two rooms welcome you with its 30 seats. The terrace on the terrace supports the same amount of cover. The bistro is open all year, every day except Wednesday evening. Where is it? Exit De La Voulte direction Saint-Laurent du Pape! So don't go next door without stopping…
