Christine and Philippe Croizet apiculteurs producers in Auvergne have been installed in the municipality of Ronnet since 1988. Their beekeeping operations currently have 300 hives spread over a radius of 150 km around the miellerie. You can come to visit them. They will tell you their work, the lives of bees, the harvest of honey. In the showroom you can admire an bee colony at work in its glass ruche. You will also discover the fascinating life of bees with a video. At the end of the visit they offer you a tasting of gingerbread breads made at home with 50% of honey, nature (European Golden 1995): chocolate, oranges, fruit candied macerated in rum, prunes.
