CHARCUTERIE PUZZI
In the Ardèche, this craftsman wins prestigious awards for his products every year. Since 1976, the Puzzi house, located in a village perched at an altitude of 1,200 m, has been producing cured meats in an artisanal way: Ardèche terrine of pork with porcini mushrooms, jesus pure pork and pancetta, sausages, dry sausages with roquefort, walnut or blueberries, fresh puddings in season, but also canned cooked dishes (the famous tripe with tomato, a range of specialities based on duck and goose). Puzzi products - stamped with a funny little pink piggy in top form - can be found at the tables of many restaurants in the Ardèche mountains. Mushrooms and jams are also available in shops. You can order online, but that means depriving yourself of a nice walk and the discovery of a magnificent Ardèche stone house and a really friendly team. Impossible not to fill your shopping basket with real and/or virtual provisions... In 2018, the Jesus Pur Porc won the gold medal at the general competition in Paris and in 2020 the Saucisson Sec Pur Porc won the silver medal!
