DOMAINE COURSODON
A quality that doesn't fool for 4 generations. Pierre has taken over the torch since 1980 and has been associated with his son Jérôme since 2000, their vintage wines are regularly awarded and quoted. A reputation built on the know-how and the art of transform. Their white saint-Joseph, fermentation in enamel or stainless steel, is very fruity, fat and pleasant (ageing 2 to 3 years). Wine fermentation, fermentation in oak barrels, gives both nervous and rich wines (ageing 4 or 5 years). As for red saint-Joseph, high in oak barrels, it is a tannic wine in its youth that refines over time. Le Paradis Saint-Pierre and the Olive, from ancient vineyards, are more well-preserved and more important wines than we need to wait for.
