THE MANDY MILL
An astonishing hydraulic mill with complex workings, used to produce flour and oil in Pranles.
There was already a mill on this site in the 15thcentury , transformed at the end of the 19thcentury into a hydraulic mill for the production of flour and oil. On site, you can stroll along the canals, reading interpretation panels dedicated to the local flora, before tasting artisan bread baked in the wood-fired oven on Wednesdays in July and August (from the second of July). The mill has been rehabilitated by the association Le Meunier de Mandy, which runs the event. On-site sale of local produce.
