The Sweet Caillé of Saint-Félicien, produced in the heart of the green Ardèche by the Fourel family - today it is Jean-Michel and Rolande who are at the helm - is a hot, warm, creamy goat cheese that blends softness and authenticity. Rare and addictive! The GAEC Fourel also offers a picodon way of discovering the Marchés markets in the Côtés markets. Saint-Félicien (Ardèche!) or Quintenas and, of course, directly on the farm.
