The ardéchoise cuisine is in honour with menus that like to remind us of the delicious flavors of our land and many more. Hot goat salad to walnut kernels, sauté biche, grilled burbot sauce, to finish on a ardéchoise cut. If weather permits, the terrace, large and shaded, will be recommended with its beautiful swimming pool.
