GOÛTEZ L'ARDÈCHE

A collective mark filed in 1995, Taste the Ardèche distinguishes the best products from the department. Its logo shows you products that by their origin and the quality of their manufacture are the jewels. On the menu: honey, juices, wines, meats, cheeses, nougats, pastries, jams or sorbets… The stamped products are tested by a tasting jury composed of consumers and professionals of the mouths of the mouth. Is not recognised "Taste the Ardèche" that wants! This is a list of products, as well as catering and caterers. Chestnut flour or violine de Boreas, ice creams with Ardèche fruits, ice cubes… Among the last members who have just obtained the brand Taste la ' ^® on their products: the Domaine de Vigier, EARL Dupré and son, in Lagorce for its wines IGP Ardèche, Domaine du Colombier, Ludovic Walbaum for its IGP IGP wines and the Brewery of the Southern Ardèche of Patrick Copetti for its beer with Ceven'Ale chestnut honey.
