O'CLODOM'S
Claude Quinard, Ardèche by adoption since.... 35 years old, opened in 2011 this friendly place on the heights of the village of Rochessauve. You have to climb up a narrow and winding road between beautiful granite stone walls, through a landscape typical of the Ardèche mountains to find this old renovated barn, low ceiling (hence the name of the bistro), but very warm. This bar is a whole atmosphere maintained and famous, but be careful to call before to book because sometimes, in low season, when the customers are not there, the owner closes the two doors of the barn... O'Clodoms regularly schedules theme evenings, for singles, St. Patrick's Day, etc. and a concert every month.
