Ghyslaine's cooking is traditional and family oriented, her main product being the mushroom. During the harvest period, she prepares wonderful recipes that only she knows how to prepare. She cooks with the same talent, calf's head, andouillette, chicken in the pot, fried food, couscous, cassoulet, paella and sauerkraut. On sunny days, the terrace is perfect for lunch while listening to the lapping of the small river Besbre crossing the village, and where many fishermen come to tease the trout. Smiles and a warm welcome are the order of the day!
