Alexia and Matthieu began by growing gherkins, followed by a fine range of pickles, zucchini, cauliflower... and snow peas with garlic and tarragon. They now market mustard Made in Saint-Clément, La Moutarde Douce de Matthieu. For this, they have teamed up with Domaine des Bérioles for their organic Saint-Pourçain wine and their cereals, including mustard. The mustard is then processed in a canning factory. You'll find them at markets in the Montagne Bourbonnaise and at Vichy's covered market every 15 days.
