This restaurant in the heart of the village of Rosières has the good taste to be one of the only establishments to remain open (almost) all winter. So, the locals have given themselves the word. Not least because it's also one of the best value for money restaurants in the region. The menu varies little and relies on solid values. The salads are beautiful and tasty, the meat and seafood kebabs gargantuan... In summer, we love the terrace, and when the temperature drops, the large veranda comes alive. Reservations essential, especially in high season.
