Comprising 3 sites, Néovinum is a veritable showcase for the expertise of the Vignerons Ardéchois, an ode to the land and those who cultivate it. Fun, interactive and diversified, this ensemble offers total immersion and an approach adapted to all audiences. The Espace de Découverte Oenologique in Ruoms offers an oeno-parkour suitable for adults and children alike. In the "terroir" room, you'll discover all the secrets of the Ardèche soils, a territory with a complex geology. In the "cellar" room, you'll learn all about the vinification and ageing of Vignerons Ardéchois wines. In the "papilla" room, you'll discover the aromas expressed by the different grape varieties. The Biodiversity Garden, created in partnership with the Ligue de Protection des Oiseaux (League for the Protection of Birds), reveals the environmental actions and benefits of nature-friendly viticultural practices. The vinothèque at Aven d'Orgnac takes you 50 metres underground to discover the cave and its secrets. More than 15,000 bottles rest there, in absolute calm and partial darkness. Last but not least, Terra Noé is an exceptional organic estate. Steeped in history, it extends over 25 hectares, bordered by the hills and garrigues typical of the Ardèche valley. The Ruoms cellar also offers introductory wine-tasting and food-pairing workshops, as well as many other unusual events!
