In the kitchen, bent over the elaboration of his locally-flavored menus, Jean-François has, in his own words, inherited from his grandmother a passion for good taste and a strong attachment to the Ardèche. He carefully selects his produce from local growers, and sometimes picks his own herbs in the mountains. In the dining room, and at the reception desk, his wife Évelyne personifies mountain hospitality, and welcomes you with touching kindness.

Very beautiful setting for hiking in groups. Simple, pleasant, carefully decorated. Table where local produce (simple but very good), served with refinement. Enchanted by the place, the reception. To remake...
very nice restaurant. the village of sagnes and goudoulet offers the opportunity to have 2 good restaurants
You should go especially the winters in order to enjoy their speciality Ardèche: the maouche: paunch pork stuffed with pork and cabbage
