Situated at an altitude of over 1,000 m, Domaine de Rilhac offers the tranquillity of unspoilt nature and a charming address. Overlooking the Ardèche and Haute-Loire valleys, this plush 17th-century farmhouse has been converted into a gastronomic stop launched by chef Ludovic Sinz, one of the Toqués d'Ardèche, and taken over in 2017 by Frédéric Bruyère under the name La Table de Fred. The menu follows the seasons, and the dishes are refined. The attic rooms are very charming. The house is comfortable and the welcome pleasant.
