Discreet and promising address in Saint-Alban-d'Ay preparing a refined local cuisine with fresh seasonal products.
A house of charm and taste, in the heart of the village. Here, young chef Benoît Bulant offers refined local cuisine, prepared with the complicity of local producers. In fact, his restaurant is called "Goûter l'Ardèche". The menu features a trio of fresh dishes, starters and desserts. In spring, for example, on the seaside, marinated salmon, asparagus declension, then fish of the moment, beet declension and shellfish butter. We end with a note of chestnut: a dome of organic Madagascar vanilla mousse and a creamy chestnut heart. Just perfect!
