I've fallen in love with this bistro. It's like a country bistro, with a café on one side and a restaurant on the other, a gourmet and friendly address, generous and joyful. Examples on the menu: beautiful slices of browned Ardéchoise caillette or the gambette de cocotte confite à la crème, or a beef cheek fondant and to finish off, a chestnut mousse from the Ardèche in the form of a cloud or an organic ice cream from Terre Adélice. To drink: wine by the jug from the Domaine Notre-Dame de Cousignac located 3 km away. We appreciate the quality always at the top.
