On the border with the Gard, between the garrigue and the vineyards of the Coteaux du Vivarais, here is a beautiful and charming inn that is well worth a visit. In the kitchen, Sébastien Lucet and, in the dining room, his wife Patricia lead this semi-gastronomic address with talent, where you can enjoy a homemade foie gras terrine marinated in Muscat de Lunel, stewed rhubarb and brioche, then a piece of black pig Duroc Batallé, creamy celery hazelnut, chard embeurrée and meat juice. The chef goes to great lengths! Perfect cheese platter and superb desserts.
