DU PAIN SUR LA PLANCHE
This is the restaurant of the Satoriz organic department store. Ideal to refresh yourself when you do your weekly shopping there. This gourmet space alternates between the functions of a tea room and a restaurant. You can have a coffee/cookie, a meal or a drink. The tray formula includes four elements: soup, salad, hot dish and mix (spread, pickled vegetables, etc.). You have three trays of your choice, meat, fish or vegan. In the plates: braised fennel, marinated radishes, umebosi cream, smoked beetroot, seafood tagliatelle, etc. The children themselves compose their own set.
