BOUCHERIE DEMARS
The ancestral boutique of La Grande Street in Valencia, at the corner of Saint John Square, closed its doors in 2015. But that one reassures the house always exists and more than ever! Now lovers of good good meat, whether it be their flavour, their provenance and their traceability, are invited to cross the Rhone to go to Ardèche and more specifically to the commercial area of Saint-Péray in the new premises of this house of trust. Since its opening in 1960, Demars's butchery has been engaged in a artisanal approach. Its traditional know-how has been perpetuated and modernised from generation to generation. The house remains a reference in terms of roast, meat from charolaise race or limousine. Add its Red Label lamb, its farm poultry from Landes, not forgetting the catering radius, or a good cellar to accompany everything. At the Sophie bar, Jean-Pierre and Patrice Demars who lead and welcome you. In summer, the house with king skewers - chicken-chicken, calf-prunes, sweet beef - godiveaux, merguez, sausages, grills and a royal rib to put in the big salt barbecue…
