DOMAINE DU BIGUET
It was in 1980 that Jean-Louis Thiers made his first bottling in this family estate. Today, he manages this property of 5 ha of Saint-Perray and one hectare of cornas. It offers one of the best Saint-Peraies in the appellation using the Champagne method, based on Marsanne. A festive wine at a reasonable price. It comes from a selection of old vine parcels, vinified in vats and aged in barrels for 12 months. It is a lively, balanced, pleasant wine. To discover, the Côtes-du-Rhône region is the result of a syrah of about fifty years. A robust wine, with aromas of red fruits. The solid and distinguished cornas comes from a plot where the vines are in their sixties.
