It is a known address of wild trout fishermen who succeed one another from generation to generation to the Travellers to soak their rods in the good places that the Sabarot family passes on from father to son. Without doubt the best fishing trips in the Ardèche, let's be told! Of course, at the table, local products are widely honoured, and there is no shortage of them.
