In this pretty little bistro, the emphasis is on local produce from farms in the immediate vicinity. The selection of meat, fish and vegetable producers is guaranteed to be no more than 50 km away. Lamb is available all year round, but no cherries in winter, as only seasonal produce is put on your plate. And when it comes to groceries, everything from cereals and flour to sugar, oil, butter, milk and spices is organically produced. Bonus: the bar-library is open all day.
