It welcomes between 400 and 500 contributors each year. This continuous chain mill, whose walls date from the Middle Ages, also serves to press the olives of its owners, Christian and Martine Vezon. With their 650 olive trees, they offer three oils, 1 monovariétale de, an assemblage of bouteillan and verdale and a mixture of the three varieties mentioned above, added to the rougette.
