THE CLASTRES FARM
Clastres, founded in 1089 by two Benedictine monks, benefits from a water source at Sainte-Eulalie.
The village of Sainte-Eulalie developed around this former priory. Clastres (cloister) was founded in 1089 by two Benedictine monks. The priory remained until the 15th century. It would have been transformed into a farm in 1573. It was one of the only ones in the village to have a water supply. And until the creation of the public network, it was one of the most important of the village. It remained in activity until the 1970s. Near the Ferme de Clastres, an information table is dedicated to the architecture and habitat of the Mountain.
