LA GARE DE SOYONS
Along the ViaRhôna, this new address welcomes cyclists for a drink, a meal, a night..
A singular and hybrid place, at once a stopover gîte on the ViaRhôna and a village bar-café on the banks of the Rhône. The rehabilitated former railway station dating from 1870 offers 6 rooms in wooden carriages or in the stationmaster's office, a café-tea room with daily lunch specials - on this day, caramelized pork, basmati rice and grilled seasonal vegetables. Itinerants and locals cross paths here, and although the station is no longer served, trains still pass by on the track, at low speed. Good bread, good wifi, good music, good atmosphere and regular entertainment. A nugget.
