An impressive zip line offers a fun adventure with ladders, a wooden walkway through the rock face.

In the heart of the Ardèche mountains, the small village of Thueyts enjoys a solid reputation for hiking enthusiasts, and for thrill-seekers thanks to its via ferrata Pont du Diable. The route follows a volcanic outpouring and passes from one bank of the Ardèche to the other via a 90-metre zip line. With ladders, a handrail, a wooden footbridge and a lifeline, you can progress safely on the rock face above the river!

Situé dans un cadre splendide
On gare sa voiture juste au dessus du fameux pont pour aller ensuite s’équiper dans la cabane qui fait office aussi de bar et toilette à disposition juste avant d'aller explorer cette magnifique via ferrarata...

Via Ferrata sympa et pas trop difficile sur paroi rocheuse granitique. Parcours le long de câbles, pont de singe, échelles, puis le long d'une tyrolienne de 90 mètres qui nous envole d'une rive à l'autre de l'Ardèche. En toile de fond on peut admirer le volcan endormi et apercevoir un bout du parcours du trail de la Chaussée des Géants.

Très beau site et via ferrata sympa, pas difficile si vous êtes sportif, durée d'environ 2 heures, je recommande pour une initiation c'est une bonne mise en bouche
