He may have lost his macaron, but Stéphane Polly continues to delight and impress us, skilfully transforming local Ardèche produce into light, creative and very tasty cuisine. For example, this spring's menu features Ardèche pink trout, katsuobushi with Areilladou egret cream and chive oil, or spice-candied pork belly, fricassee of seasonal vegetables and, last but not least, textured chestnuts, organic Ardèche saffron and citrus fruit. Bonus: the lunchtime menu offers excellent value for money. A real treat!

Accueil très correct dans un cadre classique, qui manque à mon goût d'un peu d'originalité
Bon produits, en grande partie régionaux. Service correct et professionnel. Je recommande sans hésiter ce restaurant étoilé en particulier au déjeuner, vous ne serez pas déçu et cela sans vous ruiner.
