Hotel with warm rooms with a pool and terraces in Vals-les-Bains.
Upon arrival in this 1926 building, one is struck by the attention paid to the decoration: the natural tones used create a subtly muffled atmosphere. The rooms are warm, and the bathtubs are equipped with balneo-chromo-therapy. For complete relaxation, you can also take advantage of the pool and its shaded terraces. Like the hotel, the gastronomic restaurant offers a menu that changes with the seasons and the market, but remains attached to local products.

Tout ce qu'on espère d'un gastronomique : finesse, charme, plaisir et originalité faisant signe de personnalisation. Et ce tant dans l'assiette que dans le service. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe!

A very good address in southern Ardèche where the very good restaurants are not numerous and distinction of the Michelin guide (1 star in 2015) is completely deserved. The chef offers a cuisine based on seasonal ingredients and sublime them. The room is 'a little too much; room of hôtel" in our opinion, but this is a detail compared to the pleasure that the dishes served in table provide us. To recommend without moderation.
Clean hotel, a warm welcome. The only downside: small parking
I really do not understand or the charm in this hotel! The decor is old-fashioned, it is gloomy, is not call room with room, almost nonexistent heating... In Brief 1st and last time that you will go!!!!
There is really nothing to say about this hotel, we were enthralled by our stay in these places, clean rooms, attentive staff and upscale cuisine. Services of a 4 star for the price of a 3 star hotel. Bravo and still thank you.
