Right in the heart of Voguë, L'Esparat is housed under the stone vaults of an old village house, giving the restaurant an authentic charm. The welcome is smiling and discreet, while the bold cuisine puts everyone in agreement. Restaurant très chaleureux, personnel très agréable et à l'écoute de ses clients. Cuisine de très bonne qualité avec des prix très accessibles. Travail de recherche élaboré concernant la présentation des plats. Nous pouvons retrouvé une pointe d'Asie dans leur proposition de plat avec des nems des sauces soja. Un régal, nous recommandons fortement.

Une très bonne adresse peut-être victime de son succès (nous avons dû passer une grande partie de notre repas en terrasse, un soir frais, car la salle était comble).
Cependant, cuisine savoureuse et service agréable.
