Le Chêne Vert is at the same time a hotel, a restaurant with four rooms and a total capacity of about a hundred people, perfect for groups and seminars, a covered terrace, and in addition the Alienor & Dolwen brewery. The main room is bright, decorated in purple and white tones, a nod to the vineyard. In the kitchen, Nicolas and his team prepare dishes full of flavours made with seasonal products, cold cuts and andouillettes from Dromard, farm poultry from the Allier, cheeses and butter from Déret, and fruit and vegetables from the region's small producers. Enjoy the snail casserole and its sorrel parmentier, and sorrel foam, then the roasted char steak, on its soft pillow of autumn mushrooms, its celery purée with truffles, and fatty poultry juice, or the Label Rouge bourbonnais chicken boudin roll with morels on mushroom crozets risotto foam, noilly-prat juice, to finish with a caramel-chocolate selection, crispy chocolate-hazelnut toffee and salted caramel ice cream. Nice wine list of the region and great wines from elsewhere. Reception and service at the height.
