The recognized Union of Defence and Management (GDO) has evolved over the years. After defending the vineyard until about of all the conditions of the appellation of AOC Saint-Pourçain's specifications in 2009, it now conducts technical, agronomic and oenological actions on the holdings and promotional actions of AOC Saint-Pourçain and its territory. The union organises numerous events such as the spring of Saint-Pourçain, the wine festival and gourmet, the competition of the Saint-Pourçain wine festival, Saint Vincent Festival, the ban on harvest, the festival of wine growers, the general agricultural competition or the release of the String®.
