The chef hails from Normandy, and he likes to give pride of place to seafood. Seafood and fish are abundantly represented, accommodated in a thousand delicious ways: cordon bleu of pollock, pan-fried squid... Try the house specialty: cotriade normande, a pot of fish, shellfish and potatoes simmered in a fine fish soup. Du plateau de fruits de mer aux moules frites et en passant par d'autres délices marins vous ne pourrez que succomber.
Et surtout pas besoin de sélectionner les amis avec qui partager un moment dans se restau car la carte des viandes est aussi un régale.
