The chef hails from Normandy, and he likes to give pride of place to seafood. Seafood and fish are abundantly represented, accommodated in a thousand delicious ways: cordon bleu of pollock, pan-fried squid... Try the house specialty: cotriade normande, a pot of fish, shellfish and potatoes simmered in a fine fish soup.
