L'hôtel Ibis Budget de Strasbourg La Vigie est bien accessible en voiture, en transport en commun c'est plus compliqué. Il est situé dans une zone commerciale avec des restaurants à proximité. Les chambres sont agréables mais l'isolation pas forcément au top car on entend beaucoup les trains qui passent juste à côté.
