8th edition of the Neiges Étoilées International Gastronomy Festival, an event to celebrate Savoyard gastronomy with culinary demonstrations by chefs. It usually takes place in the first week of February, at the Linga, under a tent. During four days, many culinary activities follow one another: cooking workshops, demonstrations, markets, snacks, meals... in the presence of renowned chefs, mediatized (Masterchef, Top chef...) or not. Not to be missed is the competition open to amateurs on a unique theme - "lake fish" in 2020 -, in front of a jury of experts who decide between the competitors by judging their capacities for innovation, creativity and technicality. You do not sulk your pleasure by following the tasting trail on the slopes, the concerts, the shop window competition, the photo exhibition, the blindfolded taste and entertainment for children, and, of course, the "frozen breakfast", the gala evening on Friday evening... where you can follow the chefs preparing their dishes (while giving their precious tips and tricks) around the region's main products like the Lake Geneva fair or the cheese of Abondance
