A rustic setting with a touch of refinement where each room overlooks a balcony - it is possible to enjoy breakfast while enjoying the magnificent panorama. Wood wood, natural fabrics, red tones, white or white, pretty on cretonne beds, comfortable chair and wood furniture to the crafting details give the whole style a chic "chic mountain" style. After walking, skiing or hiking, you relax in the whirlpool and in summer, in the heated swimming pool with a view of Mont Blanc, just like its large sun terrace. In the lounge bar, we happily patient, because the atmosphere lends itself to it, near the fireplace while waiting to savor the gourmet Gourmande and the sea of Dominica: Golden Saint-Jacques nuts with red fruits, féra fillet meunière ginger sauce, candied lamb mouse or breast of roasted can with red port caramel, to finish with a sweet coconut-nuts of coconut and marshmallow… plates to the careful presentation. Menus renewed regularly and a map studied to enhance seasonal cuisine. A welcoming address to relax in every season!

Tout d'abord : quelle vue ! Rarement vu un restaurant pouvant proposer une telle vue sur le Mont Blanc avec une table parfaitement positionnée sur le balcon de l'établissement. Le lieu est calme et reposant.
La cuisine correspond à ce que l'on peut attendre d'un restaurant "de montagne" mais pourrait mériter un peu plus de finesse et de prise de risque dans les nouveautés. Cela n'empêche cependant pas le tout d'être très bon et copieux !
Si vous venez l'hiver, n'hésitez pas à profiter du salon pour prendre l'apéritif qui a un charme de dingue !
